How do I book an apartment?
Select your preferred apartment, choose your dates, make a payment, and receive a confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payments.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes, the minimum stay varies by apartment. Check the listing for details.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellations and modifications are allowed within 72 hours before the check-in date.
What happens if I have an issue during my stay?
Call the apartment manager or chat with the customer service via online website or Whatsapp.
Can I get a refund after booking?
THERE'S NO REFUND! But you have 48 hours to cancel your booking(s) if you won't be able to check-in. There's a 50% service/restocking fee when 48-hour cancellation request comes in.
